Overview

We were commissioned to create a captivating promotional video for Albariño y Mar, a prestigious wine festival launching the summer season of 2025. Set against the stunning backdrop of La Susana in José Ignacio, the event celebrated the finest Uruguayan wines and seafood, highlighting the relaxed yet refined lifestyle of the region. Our mission was to capture the elegance and charm of the festival while showcasing the breathtaking coastal scenery, the culinary excellence of Chef Santi Inzaurralde, and the vibrant atmosphere created by live music and exceptional wines.

Challenges & Approach

The primary challenge was balancing the vast scope of the festival's offerings—spanning over 10 wine stations, 4 culinary hubs, and an iconic secret wine experience—while ensuring the narrative remained cohesive and engaging. Additionally, filming in a dynamic outdoor setting required adapting to unpredictable weather and lighting conditions.

Our approach involved:

• Leveraging golden-hour drone footage to encapsulate the serene beauty of José Ignacio.

• Highlighting key moments, from wine tastings to live culinary demonstrations, to convey the event's exclusivity.

• Crafting a storyline that emphasized not only the event’s offerings but also the slower, more intentional lifestyle that Albariño y Mar represents.
